Founded in 2016. Chrome Monarchy specializes in holographic costumes made by hand in San Francisco. Our mission is to create a festival and street-wear brand that is inclusive of men and women of all shapes and sizes. We create wearable art that ventures into an unknown realm of avant garde fashion within the festival world. Armed with years of experience in high fashion and industrial prosthetic design, founder and head designer Nancy DeLos Reyes has a vision of an innovative fashion design with the heart of a raver.
