Inthava is a seasoned garment engineer whose journey in fashion began under the mentorship of Roger Alan, former owner of A Motion Studio and Wear Something Rare. Over a decade of working alongside Roger, she honed her expertise in garment construction, design innovation, and creative mentorship.

Inspired by her Laotian heritage, Inthava launched her own design line, ISSARA Atelier, a collection that celebrates the rich traditions of Laotian fabrics while reimagining them through modern silhouettes. Her work embodies a deep respect for cultural craftsmanship and contemporary artistry, making her designs both timeless and innovative.

Now at the helm of Wear Something Rare, Inthava manages the collective with a vision to empower and mentor the next generation of fashion talent. As she transitions into ownership of the space, her dedication to guiding budding designers reflects her passion for fostering creativity and sharing the wealth of knowledge she has cultivated throughout her illustrious career.
